- How do I order online?: From our home page do a search or click on one of the music or product categories to see items available. Once you find what you are looking for, click on "add to basket" and then "Checkout". Fill out the information and click "Place Order" You will be notified by email if your order was received and processed successfully. You will also be sent a reference number.
- What are your shipping and handling charges?: Our prices include all postage, handling and taxes. Orders are shipped direct from our warehouse within 24 hours from when we receive your order. All orders are shipped by small packet or surface parcel post. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery within Canada and 6 to 12 days within the U.S. We offer air mail service (4 to 10 days) to the U.S. for an additional charge of $4.50.
- Do you ship internationally? (outside of Canada and U.S.A): Yes, we can but extra shipping charges will apply. If ordering outside of Canada and the US, please phone us at 905-513-6998 and we can let you know what the extra shipping charges will be.
- Is my credit card safe with you? When you order online you are on our secure server. Any information you provide will be transmitted safely.
- Can I order some other way besides online? You can also order by phone, toll free at 1-800-984-0047 or by mail or fax. Please see our contact information. Click here to recieve a free catalog.
- How do I know if I am ordering a cassette or compact disc (CD) or DVD?: When you go to view an item it will usually say under "format". If it is a CD, the prefix of the catalog number will usually end in "CD". DVDs end is "VD".
- What is your return policy?: If, for any reason, you are less than completely satisfied with a Country Music Treasures item, simply return it along with a note explaining the problem, and we will gladly exchange it or refund the full purchase price, whichever you prefer. - What payment methods do you accept? VISA, Master Card, American Express, personal check or money order. Please do not send cash.
- Do you accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) orders? No. Payment must be made with order. (Retirement homes can be invoiced)
- Is Country Music Treasures a "club"? No. Order what you want, when you want. There is no minimum order. Nothing will ever be sent to you without your permission.
- How long has Country Music Treasures been in business? Country Music Treasures has been specializing in hard to find country and popular music since 1985.
- Do you take special orders for items that don't appear in your catalog? No, sorry.
- I would like to order online and have my order shipped as a gift to a different address. How do I do this? If ordering online, simply enter the address you want the order shipped to. This can be a different name and address than the one your credit card is registered to. The credit card receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide when ordering.
